Collect monitoring info based on Colletcd RRDs

Note

For correct functioning collectd should be properly configured:
  1. Collectd server should be configured in the lab
  2. Collectd client should be configured on device
  3. On device should be configured hostname equal to the ‘name’ value in JSON
